If you've never heard of screen printing (or silkscreen printing), it's one of the oldest and most popular printing method. Stencils are made using a fine mesh on a frame, and the ink is pushed through the mesh onto the fabric with a squeegee. The ink goes directly on the fabric, for a nice feel and long durability.
Simulated Process printing is printing very fine dots of different colors to create a print with lots of details and colors. It lets the human eye see a lot of shades of colors to be as close as possible to a photo or a detailed illustration.
Please send us your graphic in an image format, like .jpg or .png of the highest quality possible. We will process the image to a halftones version or simulated process depending on the best solution. If the range of colors in the artwork is too wide, it might not be possible to print it accurately.
Depending on the print, we might use either Water-based or Plastisol inks. For water-based inks we use Matsui inks, and for Plastisol we use Wilfex and International Coatings, imported from Japan and the USA.
