If you've never heard of screen printing (or silkscreen printing), it's one of the oldest and most popular printing method. Stencils are made using a fine mesh on a frame, and the ink is pushed through the mesh onto the fabric with a squeegee. The ink goes directly on the fabric, for a nice feel and long durability.
It's the most simple way of printing. When screen printing Spot Colors, each color is solid, and not overlapping the other colors. It's ideal for printing bold or fine colorful graphics, like a text, a logo or a simple illustration.
Please prepare a vector file, like .ai .eps .svg. Make sure to outline your text elements and to embed any linked elements in the file before saving. If you can't create such files, try creating it in Powerpoint, we might be able to convert and use that file.
Depending on the print, we might use either Water-based or Plastisol inks. For water-based inks we use Matsui inks, and for Plastisol we use Wilfex and International Coatings, imported from Japan and the USA.
